Today is our Equal Day
The time Evie has been with us is equal to the time before we met her in China. It has been 21 months since we first met our tiny, quiet, scared girl for the first time. My oh my, how she has changed.
Tomorrow, on Mother's Day, she will have been our daughter for longer than she hasn't. (in her world, anyway. She has been my daughter since the first time I saw her picture!)

Equal Day - what a wonderful concept. Evie has taught us that all children belong to all of us. Each is so precious. We needed Evie in our family, and are so glad she is ours. Bless you and Richard and Emily for bringing Evie home.
